I love this harness! It is very good quality and my dog doesn’t pull anymore! Well worth the price. I had ordered the wrong size initially and the company was very helpful with the exchange process.

I have them for all 4 of my dogs, ranging from 4lbs up to 10. They are secure, no worries about anyone slipping the harness. They are comfortable, allowing plenty of room around the dogs legs without rubbing, unlike most harnesses that the dogs legs rub when walking. Thanks to the longer more custom shape, I'm also able to leave the straps safely looser than others, making my dogs more comfortable and giving them more range of motion. I also like the fact that in an emergency, I can quickly pick my dog up by the leash and they are safely supported the full length of their body. Great product!

I ordered an XS for my chihuahua/min pin and it was too tight. They were super responsive and helpful over email and within a week and half I had exchanged for a S. Fits perfectly and keeps my escape artist at bay!

I first penned a low-star review, after trying to return the item thru Amazon, who said they contacted the company on my behalf, but when I contacted the company directly they said they received no such contact and quickly offered to replace the item. Great response and because of the great history I have had with this company's products I am counting on this incident to be a fluke

3rd time our 75-pound dog wore the harness, he ran thru the woods for 1 minute and the plastic buckle literally sheared off. So much for Premium for large dogs. Not safe! Unfortunately, it was outside the return window even though it was only 3rd use and Chai' Choice refused to stand behind their product. VERY POOR Durability and Sturdiness. Robustness is the reason a dog owner buys a "Premium, no-pull harness".
